A different message needed to be heard.
People deserve to be seen for the future they can build. Advance Peace’s work is grounded in trusted relationships, mentorship, and opportunity. The campaign needed to carry that belief into public spaces with a voice that felt direct, familiar, and human.
Being seen can be the beginning of something different.
We Want to See You Win puts encouragement at the center of the message. Real portraits and plain language make room for hope, healing, and accountability. The invitation is personal: tap into support, choose connection, and see a future worth moving toward.
Give a shared belief a public voice.
INPOWER developed the campaign alongside the direction of the Advance Peace fellowship program and Milwaukee County. We connected the central message with a flexible creative system that partners could carry into neighborhoods, conversations, and community events.

The science matters. So does the first impression.
A mobile screening initiative has to introduce a complex service clearly and build trust before a first visit. Screening for Life needed a public identity that could work on a large vehicle, at a community event, and in a partner conversation without losing the people at the center of its purpose.
Access begins with understanding, familiarity, and trust.
We brought the promise of care closer to everyday life. Clear language explains the purpose. A bright, connected visual identity makes the initiative easy to recognize. The fleet, printed materials, and public communication work together as one introduction to the program.
Connect the program’s purpose with a recognizable public presence.
INPOWER supported the initiative’s brand and communication work, translating the program into visual applications and materials for outreach. That work included mobile unit artwork, event displays, informational collateral, and digital presentation of the initiative.

Make room for an honest conversation.
Mental health communication has to feel close enough to use. The young people behind 1More wanted to break silence and stigma with a message grounded in the small moments of support they recognize in their own lives.
A message carries differently when young people help shape it.
1More turns connection into something concrete: another conversation, another check in, another reason to reach out. Youth ambassadors brought lived perspective to the message and creative. Their personalities, words, and relationships became part of how the campaign shows up.
Support the people behind the message.
INPOWER supported youth engagement, community relationships, and campaign activation alongside the young people and the broader creative team. Our ongoing support also connects outreach planning and partner development with the campaign’s longer term sustainability.

Young people told us what was missing.
Summer evenings and weekends can bring more freedom and fewer welcoming places to go. Young people called for safe spaces, trusted adults, meaningful activities, and a real voice in what came next. Partners needed to turn that input into a coordinated response across schools and neighborhood organizations.
A safe place matters more when there is a reason to come back.
Build on relationships and places that already matter. Connect schools and community hosts with enrichment partners, youth ambassadors, outreach, and Safe Passage support. Give young people room to try something new, build a skill, meet someone, and feel that the community is investing in their future.
Connect the moving pieces. Keep people in the picture.
INPOWER supported the shared initiative through coordination, implementation, outreach, and marketing. We helped connect partners and community programming with the young people and families the effort was designed to serve, working alongside public agencies, schools, community hosts, and other implementation partners.
