INPOWER began with a service-minded team determined to give more than words — we wanted to create real opportunities, jobs, and impact for our community.
What started in a small upstairs space above Milwaukee’s historic heritage radio station, WNOV, has grown into a public health–driven agency that bridges strategy with lived experience.
We saw the gap: too many initiatives talked at communities instead of building with them. INPOWER was created to shift that dynamic — to ground strategy in trust, to make complex goals relatable, and to deliver outcomes that last. From those humble beginnings, our commitment has stayed the same: empower people, strengthen communities, and create change for good.

Founder & Principal Strategist
Aziz is currently pursuing his Master’s in Public Health while leading INPOWER’s vision and strategy. With deep experience in community engagement, public health initiatives, and campaign design, he bridges strategy with lived experience to create impact that lasts. Outside of work, he’s passionate about building sustainable community projects and investing in the next generation.
